Valea offers business solutions and advice on all aspects of intellectual property rights such as patents, trademarks, designs and domain names. High IT security is therefore a key issue for the company to protect its customers’ most important assets. Valea recognised the challenge, with a very small in-house IT department, of managing to get the security and IT safety that their business requires. Instead of expanding the IT department, Valea chose to look at what expertise was available externally, in the important area of IT security<\/p>\n

Valea chose to outsource its entire IT infrastructure to Aixia and moved its entire server to Aixia’s server hall. By outsourcing its entire IT management, Valea has gained greater cost predictability, a higher level of security by working with experts in the field, and the knowledge that continuous improvements are being made all the time.<\/p>\n

Today, Valea is proactive about its IT instead of constantly putting out fires. Thanks to the collaboration with Aixia, Valea has been able to increase efficiency, safety
and security in their IT environment. While Valea has outsourced the service, it has managed to reduce overall costs in the area due to increased efficiency and the ability to work more proactively.<\/p>\n
